That is a new and improved fail.

This time not the courier's fault. I ordered an ethernet media converter from Amazon and received an LED lamp. I tried many ways to get ethernet into the lamp but failed.
At least Amazon make the returns process straightforward but why do they not offer a "send a replacement" button? Instead, I have to have my money back.
Here we go again, take 2.

The boss saw the Amazon delivery driver as he was delivering and took the package - for, not us. Same punter as above Managed to refuse it
Few minutes later phone call from the guy saying the package was refused Worryingly to the boss's phone number
Sounds like "brushing" with scam to come

After a huge improvement in service, EVRi now appear to be reverting to type. Despite having signed up to the "I need the courier to give me extra time to get to my door." preference on my profile, and having a large notise at eye-height on my front door that says the same thing, they're back to the dump 'n' run deliveries, and including a photo of my parcel leaning against my front door as proof that they've delivered it to "your safe place" of which there is NOT one on my profile.

There's really no excuse for that.
However, despite our having a Safe Place defined in Evri, they still contrive to deliver to the wrong side of the house or even outside the gates (front or rear) on occasion.
I would say they've become worse, but they haven't. They've always been sh1t.

I've had two excellent DPD deliveries this week - one hour time frame given for each and live tracking available. Nice chaps too.

The only thing I can fault the DPD guys on is their insistence we answer the door bell Mixed blessing but all good guys

I ordered a Ninja double-stack air fryer from Ninja, via eBay on Friday evening. On Saturday evening eBay added the tracking info, but the link led to DHL's German site, which knew nothing about my delivery. I made my way to the English site, and they'd never heard of my tracking number there either. My air fryer arrived, courtesy of DHL, yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. I'm going to call it as great service from DHL, and crap from eBay. I've just managed to wrangle the enormous box it came in outside, to leave beside our bins.

Two FedEx deliveries today and, as usual, perfectly on time and delivered.
A Post Office delivery yesterday (Sunday) also on time.
