Jeff 2003
A good album for sure and I would buy it again, but not as good as either Who else! of You had it coming albeit in much the same style
Give it a play anyway. You might think this is his best

Still remember the first time I heard You had it coming Wow ! This is something very special I agree, Mike. Few people seem to know it, which is a shame. It's a stunner and will get your system working hard! His best? Yes, maybe.

Live At BB King Blues Club 2006, recorded 2003
Not easily available. Here's one track I found to give the flavour
Sound quality is fair for a live album, rough in places It certainly is live Do you need it ? Tracks available on other albums, performed better.
Live at Ronnie Scott's 2008 Another live album. Better quality with some unique tracks. I'd buy it again. I'd also happily watch the DVD again.
Have a listen and see what you think

I really love this album and would say this is my favourite JB album Good live recording and the way the bass and drums lock-in is very good. Also, hear how Tal underlines the guitar melody line with her bass playing on the Beatles cover; A Day in the Life. Very clever

Emotion & Commotion 2010
A real mix and an album appreciated by non hard core JB fans.
Would have preferred longer than just over 40 minutes
Still not sure about him doing Over the Rainbow Not that keen on I Put a Spell on You Serene is wonderful Nessun Dorma was certainly a surprise. Who knew there was an electric guitar version that could be this good
Very well made album, recommended

I have tried really hard guys, having listened to a variety of Jeff's music recently to try and 'get it' but I just don't.
For me, it is all showboating, no real tunes. There is the odd good song, but I would struggle to listen to the majority of his output. It reminds me a bit of Steve Vai in the way, but his music is more tuneful and musical to me.

Surprising given his range
Some albums he could be a different bloke

The finest soul voice since Dusty Springfield meets one of the best guitarists alive. What's not to like?

Another I struggle with. Don't like Rosie Bones voice. Hate the mockney accent, even if it is real Could get around some of the vocal affectations she has
Love the music minus the vocals Struggle to listen to the album

Her first two albums are superb. Knew I would love her when I first played her albums. Surprised she left me totally unmoved Good voice, seems to mean what she sings

I like Scared for the Children, her voice is perfect for it. She does actually speak like that.

I discovered that Jeff Beck is perfect for mowing the lawn. In went the E10s with the phone providing Spotify. It took all of Loud Hailer and You Had It Coming to mow it, but at least I could lose myself for some of it.
