I am supposed to be going out tonight for a catch up with my cousin, but it hasn't stopped snowing all day here and has just started to come down even harder frustratingly.

Very boring here in London, just clouds and rain. My daughter was disappointed.

We've had a few light dustings down in Kent, but every time the grass outside has been turned white the rain has washed it away pretty quickly.

Utter bastard getting home, had to snow shovel my way down the last bit of the lane. Ruth got stuck despite 4WD and I was out there again getting her in. We are snowed in now and it's snowing harder still. Must be 12-15cm or so and rising.

Yep, I have cancelled my evening entertainment as the snow isn't letting up at the moment here either.

Basingstoke is on the news again because of the snowfall. M3 is shut for good measure.

Just above freezing here
Slight problem in a few places where the snow melted yesterday and *re* froze overnight

The grass was white at six this morning, it's green again now.

We've been shovelling snow to release ours and neighbours' cars this morning. We're still not going anywhere with our low slung cars but one good person took Ruth to Sainsburys and has offered to take us to the station tomorrow so that we can get to the concert at Festival Hall.

More shovelling snow today. Helped two neighbours get their car out and just managed to reverse our two for the morning. Ruth's 4WD Audi Quattro is seriously useless. My low slung sports car did better! Think we'll be going to work in one car in the morning.

Interesting, my A4 Quattro is really good in the snow. Maybe it’s because hers is lower or something.
My wife’s A3 non-4WD on the other is beyond atrocious.

Ruth's is a TTS Quattro and it doesn't seem to drive all 4 wheels, so the fronts just slipped continuously. If there is a way of locking 4WD I couldn't find it.
I got mine out and went down the still rather treacherous lane to the shops. Hah, hah, rear wheel drive sports car with all-seasons tyres wins the day!

My car still has snow on it and will stay that way until the snow goes
My bike is also remaining stationary until no snow

Quite chilly here, today, but brilliant sunshine.

We had our first snow just earlier. In the gale force winds, it looked like a proper blizzard.
All gone now, just very blowy.

Dull and wet here in Sevenoaks, but enough about me...
