It does seem to me that the use of the 'Toxic Waste' symbol on the quarantine banner is a bit hostile or inappropriate. Just my two penny worth.

Can we not just draw a line in the sand right now? People should know better than to provoke anyone as it can go inflammatory, and agree Richard has had his fair share of snipes directed at him too. This is the biggest thread right now on TAS and we should really all be getting into some good fresh discussion on this forum. Shame that a peace keeper is also a missile...

Marco , your post proceeds on the basis the past didn't happen However , I believe the situation between you and RD is entirely your fault . I can appreciate you may not agree , but more to the point i am bloody sure that's what RD believes . He as only ever attacked what you have written * : you attacked him , his wife NVA and his ability to make a living . As stated , I am happy for you to move on from your past , but as Billy Bragg knows ,moving on from the past is a conundrum and somewhat difficult and I don't appreciate why RD should , I don't recall you even apologising . * Before you respond , I am happy to accept that RD came on to your forum and called what you had written bollocks , but i have no doubt he would have proven why it was bollocks with a full explanation and no matter what , abrasive language cannot ever be justifiable reason for all that ensued . And yes , I do agree that RD's confrontational style can be counter productive , but i also think some people react to it like arjen robben reacts to an attempted tackle . Moving on from the past is actually inevitable, as well as desirable; it's impossible to stay there, or travel back there. |

PS 3 of Richards quarantined posts are still not readable after 5 hours. Philip - do I need to say it again, we have day jobs? The terms and conditions of quarantine posted right here said that we would deal with them in our own time.
The alternative is that the member stops posting or leaves. Quite ok with us, and would save us an awful lot of work.
