It's taken us two years to fully secure our site such that we get no more red flags in penetration testing.
I don't think there would be enough money for me to try to take on Sellafield. Judging by that report, there's a LOT that needs fixing.

Tesla are having trouble in Sweden trying to avoid a collective agreement (kollektiveavtal) with the IF Metall union (cool name I always through). There are only around 130 Tesla employees in Sweden! The Union is not backing down and have money to pay full salary to their workers for decades they say. Since there's no law again 'coming out in sympathy' things are getting difficult for the few Tesla owners to get anything done to their cars. Just heard they Denmark are joining in, not transporting cars / parts from the docks. As an aside. Back in the late 80s, the combined engineers unions called a strike at Ericsson in Sweden when I worked there. As an overseas employee (I'd yet to take local employment at that time), I had to cross the picket lines and go through the motions of working - barely a sole there, tricky in our highly collaborative occupation. Remembering the miners strike here, it was with some trepidation the first time. I just nodded to my colleagues / friends on the very civilised picket line and received a thumbs up. It wasn't like the bosses were trying to bypass the workforce with me.. Had there been buses and buses of us it could have been more spicy I guess. It was all over with some better terms in a couple of weeks. Elon being Elon will no doubt think what goes in the USA should go everywhere. Meanwhile competitors are building plants and strong customer bases.. Elon being Elon will no doubt think what goes in the USA should go everywhere. I once experienced the extremely aggressive US CEO of my company trying to sack the MD of our Germany operation on the spot during a meeting in Germany where he insisted that the MD sell the excess stock of poor product rather than the nice machines that were in short supply. The German guy, quite understandably, repeated that no-one was interested in the rubbish stock. The US guy went apoplectic while the rest of us tried to do a good job of disappearing under the table. He learned, very quickly indeed, that he did not have the power to sack anyone in Germany without the Worker's Council being involved. Oh how we did enjoy seeing the CEO climb down from his rage and bugger off back to the US.

Further Tesla update;
The Union IF Metall have been trying to get an agreement since 2018.
It was first the service and maintenance striking. Then 8 other unions got involved to support IF Metall.
Post is not being delivered to Tesla, paint shops not painting, Swedish port workers not unloading and loading, car registrations from the local authority are blocked (this one is in the courts at the moment - initially a court decided the registrations should be delivered but Hovrätten (higher court) is delaying that order, no ideas as for how long!). Additional unions are also lining up..
And then the Danish port workers Union this morning.
Fun and games.
