I'm in the minority here. Unimpressed with the lot That's a shame Mike as there was an awful lot of talent on show - still, one less person I have to fight for a First Aid Kit ticket Didn't you even like Band of Skulls or Hozier? Saw the whole lot again last night and pressed the other half into service with her one golden ear. To my great surprise she agreed with me ! (Make notes, there must have been a blue moon or summat) Must confess that Band of Skulls were interesting and worth further hearing BTW Have you heard of Carmel ? Stunning range and always very well made albums.

Saw the whole lot again last night and pressed the other half into service with her one golden ear. Do you need a 'golden ear' then to appreciate good music?

Watched the 2nd show now. Enjoyed Hozier and Band of skulls performances and of course First aid kit.

Watching the 3rd show - Not bad, not the same mix that seemed to be just right for me from the first shows, but hey it's not only for me is it;) Bev Knight was belting it out at the Piana:)

Currently watching show 5. Ibeyi and Rival Sons were interesting and some tracks would be nice to hear on the horn system. Rumor ZZZzzzzz

Rumer was disappointing and as for Sinead O'Connor, dear oh dear. Nothing really in that show for me.

Just watched (not sure which number), the next show. Most notable for me was Jessie Ware... Manic yawm Preachers - ok I guess. Spandau yawn Ballet (at least they didn't play) and a slightly Seasick Steve sound alike (well the Slide anyway)... Now onto what is coming up as 6 in the series... Lets see what's here for me. U2, Nope...

Afterwards 'The Quo' were on the red button doing a big unplugged session - watched that for a bit and then recorded it for later...

After the U2 interview, I am fully convinced that Bono is a Tharg from the planet Zorg.
Nothing much on that setlist, Zola Jesus was a disappointment after some promise made on her previous album.

I really enjoyed Ben Howard the other week. I'd never heard of him before the show, but have been listening to his new album a great deal since.
