Looks good, that's a IVDR and IVDR2 you have there. I see, thanks PJ. I have seen people use the terms IVDR and IVDR2 but didnt really understand well what each meant. Apart from each version's time of issue, and the increase from one to two sets of speaker output sockets, I guess that there were no changes in the circuit. I might open them up and see..but I wouldnt know what I'd be looking at. 😅

Thanks, Martin...I hope to get the hang of this soon enough. I had read your post on how to post pics on the forum...most useful. But in my haste to put it up quickly, having taken so long to do this...I guess I missed a few steps. Not such a "read the bloody manual" type, I am. 😅

It would be good if someone could bring an Exposure amp to The ASBO, don't you think?

I would love to get a IVDR2 but they're generally as hard as rocking horse pooh to find.

It looks like it would be quite easy to get XLR input sockets installed in addition to the RCA sockets...which would make later preamps with XLR connectivity such as XVII, XIX and XXI interesting prospects.
I have only ever seen one other IVDR apart from the two that have come my way, I wish you all the very best, PJ...one might emerge soon. Some pooh might well be coaxed out of that rocking horse, yet. 😁
I don't have an urge to go further than this although there is a pair of XVIII monos with XIX preamp for sale locally....so, who knows? It's like a disease, "Exposuritis" 😆

Rocking horse pooh for me would be a III preamp.
Only seen two pics of it and never seen one on sale locally.

Hi. I have very recently both an Exposure IV MK2 . On the front panel under the exposure logo there nothing written.(like dual regulated stereo amp). But inside is dual and has got the two exposure regulated boards. I would really appreciate if someone can tell me a bit more about it. The two transformers inside are very nice Bordeaux dark purple color. Very neat inside. Just puzzled with the writing on it. At the back it only says Exposure IV MK2. At front bottom right corner just EXPOSURE IV . The logo also is different .Please can someone shed some light. Thank you.

Hi Jazz, and welcome to TAS. Tell us a bit about yourself.
Afraid I don’t know that level of detail about Exposure amps, but maybe someone else will be able to help.
