Picard is on Prime, I posted about it here. If you buy a lot from Amazon it could be worth subscribing.

Even if you're an Amazon Prime member you'll have to pay on top of that to stream Picard it seems.

... so I could get a 3 day free trial and then cancel. Cool.
Or is it more complicated than that?

As far as I can tell it's being released one episode at a time, rather than as a "box-set" so I shall be waiting until the whole series has aired before I do anything about it. Amazon Prime costs £79.00 p.a. or £6.58 per month.

You might be able to watch Picard all together after the last episode has been released
My guess. Not a guarantee

I watched and enjoyed a Liam Neeson revenge thriller - shock horror! But it's not quite what you think. It's a black comedy which very gently pokes fun at his staple diet of roles, just simply by his rather inspired casting. The film is called Cold Pursuit and is actually a remake of a scandi film called In Order of Dissapearance by the same director. I actually watched the original having seen the remake and it's interesting to see the differences between them. Both share wonderfully bleak and snowy locations, and a very dark humour, as the action is set around a snowplough driver whose son is murdered by a local drug lord. The original with Stellan Skarsgard is a little more understated whilst the remake packs more of a punch with Liam Neeson doing an excellent job.

Knives Out - cracking film and suitable for the whole family, best crowd pleaser of the year. Deliciously entertaining with a stellar cast and script.
There's some outrageously funny lines in this film and Daniel Craig is just brilliant. I'd love to repeat some of them here, but I won't be a tittle tattle. I'm laughing right now just thinking of one of them!

Knives Out is indeed stellar entertainment. Great ensemble cast, script, direction - everything is beautifully crafted in a lovely homage to the genre.
Not even the Vue North Finchley showing a cropped print that often cut peoples' heads off the screen managed to spoil the entertainment.

I'd love to see Knives Out, probably on holidays. In fact I really adore ensemble cast movies and shows where there isn't a clear star it's the group as a whole stealing the show.
My favorite sitcom was Newsradio.
Has anyone ever seen the ensemble comedy film called Noises Off? One of my all time favorite comedy flicks starring Michael Cain, John Ritter, Carol Burnett, Christopher Reeves, Mark-Linn Baker(Larry from Perfect Strangers), and others.
I was just wondering if anyone knew if Knives Out is similar to Noises Off.

Noises Off was playing on stage in London for a goodly length of time.

The two films feature ensemble casts and both performed in slightly theatrical style, Knives Out, less so. The latter has a degree of humour to it but it's much darker than Noises Off.
I left the cinema wondering why there aren't more films of this kind of quality any more. It shows the talent is available!
