I'm just about to watch e2 of Project Blue Book. What channel/service, Paul? Originally it was the History Channel, but I don't think it's on there now. I believe you can find it on SyFy now.

Kinda gave up on this one as it all got a bit silly, which is a shame as I have fond memories of the original Project Blue Book series. Anyone remember Dark Skies?

I've just " found" Dark Skies and I'm going to watch it again some time soon I hope. I thought it was a clever idea to feature real people in the plotline(s).

Very good stuff to come. No spoilers A funny "oh shit" moment when the KGB agents take chocolate brownies around to their new neighbours and they get to asking what each one of them does for a living. The husband says "I work for the FBI" and all credit to the acting when you see an instant flash of terror on their faces followed by smiles and more conversation. It certainly has its violent moments, making the contrast with family life that much more striking. Rather like Travelers, it's all about the ensemble acting.

Lovecraft Country (episode 6) took another swerve tonight. It's certainly keeping me on my toes.

I've got hooked on Schitt's Creek on Netflix - it's the comedy / drama that won all the Emmys the other day. Just brilliant.

Enjoying Rebecca Martinsson series 2. A bit odd but the new Rebecca played a short bit part in S01E08 - Disgruntled girl friend of a suspect. The old Rebecca is also involved in series 2 as a producer. Smaller actor pool in Scandinavia means more reuse 🙂
Forgot to mention the new Rebecca (Sascha Zacharias) is the daughter of the famous actor and performer Sven-Bertil Taube and granddaughter of the mega famous author, artist, composer, troubadour Evert Taube - arguably the most well respected of all Swedish muscians!
Marie is enjoining Prime's - This is us. Harmless American papp drama.

Just straight forward Mike. Very - here’s what happens. Touching too, these people put a lot in...one episode deals with sex crimes and the effect it has on the investigating officer is tough. They cover things that drive me nuts too - just despicable people. Good to see them get rammied.

I've finished S1 of The Americans and I am totally hooked. It's the best show I've seen since Travelers. Really excellent acting all-round and moments of edge-of-seat tension as the KGB agents get into very dicey situations with the FBI hot on their tails.
I'm amazed that this could even exist in the USA, kudos to the show-runners for getting such an anti-American idea not only released but so high scoring in all the TV drama charts.

The boss and I were hooked and watched the whole lot, 2 or 3 episodes a night Excellent stuff to come Great references to what was going on in Russia and the US at the time
