So l thought l'd pull this little test over to it's own thread.
Since we all going Faraday crazy,l'd thought l show you some examples of a method l have just tried out, with very positive outcome.
l actually purchased some Rustins G Shield Eletrosmog paint about 8 months ago,and for millions of reasons never tried it until today.
So as an example, using the MD Faraday app from my mobile, here is an example of the mobile being outside my metal tin, and then with the lid and the time being closed up.

As you can see, there is quite a reduction, but signals do manage to make it inside.
So now time to apply for Eletrosmog paint

This stuff spreads easy, and is waterbased,l barely used any. And washes off easily with warm water.
So fast forward a few hours, and it's dry. Time for testing...

Wow...Well look at that...what a result, once inside the box, with the Eletrosmog applied, nothing getting in.
This box houses my SSD drive. On listening, a small improvement is had,but the tin box was reducing noise already, but this can be used on lot's of components internally, should you feel the need.
So this leads us nicely to the Ground Box. l've been running a Ground box for about five months now, nothing fancy, l purchased it from John, and l would say l could hear a small improvement, so it's stayed in the set up. l know John reported an improvement when applying Faraday Tape, so .....out comes the paint again.

As you can see, the box is still drying, but doesn't look to shabby.
So once dried, l nearly fell off my chair...honestly...the improvement was off the rails,to the point, l stopped the track l was playing, and disconnected the ground box. Started again, and indeed my ears weren't playing tricks, the sound was excellent, but with the ground box connected, l had lower noise floor, and clean, better defined bass, soundstage...all the usual cliches. This does make me wonder if we have stumbled on one of the internal secrets of ground box design.
l can highly help the Eletrosmog paint and l hope someone else takes up the challenge, l'm already thinking of the other components l could internally paint and improve.
