Need better Streamer (Bubble UPnP? / Renderer ✔️/ Reclocker ? Umm, Mike has the same streamer as me, a Signature Rendu SE. That's the one thing he doesn't need! He has Bubble, too. Plenty of scope yet to get the digital path up to high standards. |

Only a few items as my tasks took over yesterday Working on the front end, tablet and Bubble as I get used to them both MartinT pointed out it is best to turn just the tablet screen off rather than a full turn off. This means I am up and running instantly when I start. No big deal when I went days without using it but becoming tiresome as the whole boot up took too long. Clicking the left hand 'on' button I noticed I had a partial Bubble window so was able to start, pause, skip without having to log in. Most useful but not always there. Into the tablet's settings and YouTube and others to stop notifications which will hopefully always give me Bubble on turn on Becoming more normal using tablet and Bubble which had been a bit of a barrier. I can now choose between CD or streaming much easier. Left Rendu and adaptor on as Martin's recommendation. Wondered if they would come back on easily enough given my recent problems so turned them off, breakfast, dog walk and turn them on Worked ! Good news as I can never be sure what will happen. Maybe that's it now Leaves me able to tweak and know what works and what doesn't. So far so, tentatively good |

That's a pain
Some glitching on the sound and now music on stream has stopped
Speedtest says 9Mbps download which I thought would be fine
Touched the Play bar, back a bit, forward a bit and brought the music back
Next album seems to be playing fine. Rain stopped so dog walk

It rained cats and dogs here, all night and morning.
Remember that heavy rain can dramatically affect a 4G signal.

A number of albums not available on Q
Don't think Spot has them either
Not a huge pain as they are on YouTube and so I don't how good they could sound on Q I'm happy, at least for the moment playing YouTube which sounds good.

Another step
Courtesy of so much more of Ry Cooder's catalogue being made available on Qobuz I leaning more towards streaming
Some may be available on CD but this is too easy picking them off on Q
Good music well made too, not table scraps and dog ends with awful sound quality
Makes me wonder how many other artists will have such a large amount of music to play
