The latest version (model 2020 smart version) can be ordered at different voltages from 3.5 - 24V, with 4A capability at 9 - 24V. It features 46 x Rubycon 2200uF capacitors (12V version) in an ultracap array providing a huge 0.1F of reservoir capacity. Noise is claimed to be <1uV in the audio band, and 4.8mV at 1MHz. The rectifiers are low noise Schottky diodes, all mounted to the chassis for cooling together with the MOSFET regulator transistor. There is an internal pot for fine adjustment of voltage and a front red LED display confirming output voltage. Build quality is solid and the unit is fairly heavy. The cover rings slightly and I would suggest either a granite coaster on top or some internal damping applied inside the cover, avoiding the vents. I also strongly suggest good isolation footers like Black Ravioli Pads underneath. This power supply is worth the extra attention. A DC cable is provided from the fairly standard GX16-2 output connector to a 2.1mm DC plug. This power supply performs well and is obviously quiet from my listening tests. Powering an EtherREGEN at 12V it easily exceeds the performance of my old Weiliang 12V power supply and approaches that of my Coherent QP-1 supercap power supply at one tenth the cost. Notably, it allows for a very low noise floor, clean sound with well developed background details and note decay. Thanks for bringing this to our attention Martin. The high current capability is very useful. I am going to buy a Node streamer (or similar) soon so this might be a good companion for that.

I forgot to add: I put a Gustard Nano 5A fuse in the rear panel fuseholder and an SR Red 4A fuse in the internal DC fuseholder, simply because those are what I had spare. I do usually use HiFi Tuning Supreme for DC fuses as they work so well in this application.
Whatever you do, for maximum performance you may wish to review the fuses.

Give it at least a week to fully burn-in. It keeps getting better.

Mine arrived and has 24 hours in it so far. I am using it on my Draytek router and so far very impressive.
I was surprised at how big and heavy it was. Seems like it is well made and the DC cable is long. So many supplied DC cables these days are only 30cm which is pretty unhelpful for placement.
I am looking forward to hearing it run in over the next week or so.

Reading really tiny print off the ZTE plug I see
12.0Vm1.5a 18.0W
Does that mean I want a "DC12V 4A" Zero Zone ? Says no cable provided on the current web page. Reasonable one to get ?

You do get the DC cable, it is just the mains cable, ie: kettle type lead. For me that is good as I am not paying for something I would never have used.

Hard to say, Matt, as the 01-A (with single output) has supercaps and sounds special. The one you link to doesn't appear to have the same circuit.
