I think some people struggle to get past what they learnt in physics and measurements. Obviously these things have their place, but I’ve always been of the mind of trying things myself to see what works. I’ve a big roll of sound deadening mat used for lining the doors etc in car audio installations. I used it to line my sub cabinets. I cut two pieces for the underside of the lid of the zero zone, either side of the vent. I also did the same for my fidelity Audio filter. It worked wonders on the light weight plastic case of the noise filter. Most of the physics is lost on me. I have often tried things I know won't work, more or less everything I have added Then you listen Oh That is staying The physics catches up even though the naysayers continue to insist it can't work If the measurements don't show how good sounding kit is good then measure something else, the wrong thing is being measured

Physics is always catching up. That's the nature of science.

I remember somebody on another forum losing his mind because I suggested mains cables and fuses made audible differences to a Hifi, even though he said it wasn’t measurable. A day or two later in another thread, he went on to describe how he had a Krell ksa 50 sounded a certain way, yet it wasn’t measurable.

May get this Zero LPS for my office router. Looking at all the Aliexpress DC power cables offered. They all seem to have the reverse polarity wiring, compared to the Zero's output terminal???

Ended up getting some DC cables from Ghent Audio. Well worth it.

I have now been living with my Zero Zero on my router for a couple of months and as covered before very happy with it. However, although this is a music forum I wanted to call out that I have been most impressed with the impact of the Zero Zero with my router on the VOD content. Whether it is the high quality Netflix Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos streams or the YouTube my kids watch of other kids playing games, they all have made a marked improvement. On Xbox's and Apple TV the picture sharpness, depth and colour have all improved, yes it is even noticeable on the Xbox watching YouTube. I suppose what is most impressive is that the difference is noticeable without even trying to "test" to see how they have changed, it is just noticeable.
One happy bunny.

Hello everyone, can this ZZ power supply change the DC voltage internally?

Yes, there is an internal adjustable pot. Interpreting the AliExpress blurb, there is a 5-12V version and a 13-19V version. You would need to order one with the right range and then internally adjust it to suit, which will require a DVM. www.aliexpress.com/item/4001288349011.html

MartinT I recall reading that you said changing the internal fuse makes a nice upgrade, although can’t seem to find that post. Are you able to recommend a fuse? Also can you recall what size physical and amp is needed? Slow or fast blow? Thanks in advance.

I generally recommend HiFiTuning Supreme fuses as being good for DC work. 20mm size, slow blow because of the large inrush current to charge the supercaps. As for the value, it depends on what spec you ordered.

Got the Zero all hooked up to the incoming router. Was able to get rid of (2) wall wart power supplies by using this.
