Breathing is another important item to add
Breathing only through the nose all the time and 1-4-2 breathing before bed or when you get to bed.
Nose breathing gives you free nitric oxide - good stuff
1-4-2 breathing Relax, sit or lie down. You can do it while driving too To get ready breathe in and out deeply around 10 times. This alone often has me yawning
Will need adjustments as you go along Start with a count of 4 Breathe in for 4 Hold for 16 Breathe out for 8 Repeat 10 times Notice the difference.
I'm on counts of 10-40-20

Creepy stuff, Mike. Creepy, creepy, creepy, ...creepy...Creepy creepy stuff.
But I'll try it. Could be a life hack because I feel like arse toads all day. I have no reason not to try.

Try it over a few days
I tried it to see if it worked and happy they all did so stuck with it
1-4-2 breathing also gets rid of headaches for me. Mild ones as I start the breathing soon.
Never thought of any of it as creepy. Odd that most of my little habits are secrets to most and most can't be bothered to try or dismiss out of hand
I'm allergic to pain and discomfort and work to avoid

Haha jk Mike it's not creepy x8 (maybe just double creepy).
I'm just saying it's like you found the manual on how to operate the human body. I'm glad to have access to that manual. Thank you. Ok tonight after work the real work begins. Implemeneting these bullet points you put forth.
I stopped coffee by 11am today so far. Window open tonight. Will cover the stupid light from my phone charger to make it darker in room.

Will cover the stupid light from my phone charger to make it darker in room. Good move. I dislike even the green glow from Ruth's clock radio, but luckily it doesn't get through my eyelids.

Yup I think the most awkward change will be not eating or drinking water past a certain hour.

Hmmm. I always assumed it's from diabetes but I will ask at doctor's office in a few weeks.

Hmmm. I always assumed it's from diabetes but I will ask at doctor's office in a few weeks. It is but it suggests your diabetic control is not what it should be, Robert. Don't let it go on to cause damage, get it seen to.

Damn. My last A1c was good at 6.1 and the nutritionist said that's good. But lately I've been screwing up so its probably bad now.
Thanks for caring enough guys to dispense this advice. I'll take it.

Lol Jules I'm not the sharpest bulb in the bulb drawer but I sense there is a joke afoot. Some form of humor is present. I can feel it all around me. But I can't see it.
Heh, as far medical coverage I just began a new membership thankfully for $200 per month.
So I can start making appointments again and I'll be doing it as soon as next payment clears.
It would foolish to let diabetes beat me when there are so many resources to learn from now and people to advise me.
I know that a few if us have it here.

Had an amazing yoga class last night which even cleared up a minor lower back issue from the previous day. The stretches we were doing so beneficial and just the right amount of challenge involved. Great exercise - I slept like a log last night, best sleep I have had in weeks.

My teacher is incredible Mike. She also brings a lot of mindfulness to the classes which I find beneficial.
I'd love to go on one of her yoga retreats in Italy and Greece, they look just perfect!
