Since moving in with Sarah both our diets have become more healthy. We both cook for each other, eating lots of vegetables and using a mixture of herbs and spices to add depth of flavour.

Honestly, Mike. I think any of us that arent considering this are making a mistake. I've been shoveling raw celery down my gullet for a month now. I dont enjoy it. But I know that is imperative that I continue. Whether I enjoy it is irrelvant. I dont even throw away the core or hard parts. That is valuable roughage. Real tough fiber to help get the lingering toxic waste out. Ok I'll try it, Mike. I have one stick of celery at lunchtime. Enjoy it as part of the meal. No way am I eating celery on its own though The biome, we are told, wants lots of different food. No need to force nasty stuff - like brussels sprouts down !

Good news Plus the herbs and spices count for the biome Herbs and spices for me to investigate. May find ours are all so old I bin them all and start again
