First time trying these on the current SH50 / TH sub rig.. Listen to Bring the Bass Back by Bassotronics on Qobuz open.qobuz.com/track/76456492 Certainly hits the sub spot! The SH50s having freed the tapped horns from above 60Hz duty, really allow the latter to focus and exercise themselves on the deeper stuff. Even at very modest volumes the effect is pleasing. |

That's a serious response at 21Hz where most speakers have bugger-all.
Have you tried the smaller (!) sub in your home environment yet?

The 2 long TH subs I have fit the room better / totally out of the way laying down. The square sub would be more awkward. Plus getting it up the stairs😂 Driver out would help.. |

We're going on an extended family (UK side) trip / gathering in Stockholm. Shopping in NK (famous dept store), outdoor skating in Kungsträdgården (Kings garden), visit to Café Opera, Gamla Stan (old town) etc. First snows promised on the long range weather forecast at 60° north. As a bit of fun I put together a playlist for the extended family, some of whom are not Swedish. I decided on alternating a song in English then a song in Swedish all by Swedish Artists. New and old.. Very easy to get to 100 tracks! Thus track by Robyn surprised me. Never paid much attention to it. Out and out pop! This playlist is for all though.. Only ever heard it on the radio before! Actually has Killer Bass rhythm. Listen to Dancing On My Own by Robyn on Qobuz open.qobuz.com/track/219319924Hz with good volume🙂   |
