Organic rolled jumbo oats, fresh mango, mixed seeds and plain yoghurt for breakfast. Not hungry right now, so I'll probably skip lunch. Salad for dinner.

Homemade Donner Kebab last night with homemade chips... very nice and also healthy Paul, I'm seriously concerned with your choice of " Donner kebab". I really hope you mean "Doner."

There is a spatchcocked chicken that has been sitting in a bath of garlic, chilli, lemon and lime for the day. I have just lit the braai, so it will be going in there in a while. Salt and pepper garlicky ribs and some non meaty treats for the veggie folk (black bean burgers and tofu chunks skewered with onion and peppers). Sweet corn on the cob with habanero and lime sauce drizzled on them And beer!

Crumpets with Castello Extra Creamy Brie. Toast crumpets, butter crumpets, place brie on top, 40 seconds in the microwave, give 'em a twist of pepper, heaven.

Roast sweet potato, roast mixed veg tossed in chilli oil, baked chicken & chorizo - a cheeky Pinot Noir.

Viv's birthday dinner tonight so I cooked Pollo Milanese with rustic Trottoli pasta in a home made hazelnut pesto. This was served with roast Mediterranean veg in a balsamic dressing. This was accompanied with a bottle of Etienne Dumont Champagne. There will now be homemade lemon cheesecake, Grappa and Coffee

Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Vegetable Skillet, as per the recipe I posted a few days ago...sort of. It's an American recipe so I substituted Chorizo for the recipe's "sausage" swapped one of the red peppers for a yellow pepper and used an aubergine instead of the yellow squash. I've got tons left to reheat tomorrow, and as it turned out so well I took a pic. N.B. Cajun seasoning has more 'kick' than you might imagine. My lips have only just stopped tingling.

Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Vegetable Skillet That's my kind of meal Paul, yummie.
Oats for breakfast, keeps me going for hours, often till dinner. I frequently don't have lunch if I'm not hungry, in fact these days I only eat when I am hungry, as opposed to when we think (or are told) we should eat.
