Whoops, my wife parked on a pillar in my Audi today, it scratched the door and back side element of the car so that’ll need an insurance claim. Investigate first. May be cheaper to do it yourself

I will, but it is likely to need a new door, a rear panel and a respray, so will likely be costly, luckily my excess isn't too high.

The CR-V is plain sensible, the Quashqai plain ugly and the Kuga not a bad looker. Kia do something that looks decent, too. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Overall package is much more important.

I've had young enthusiasts tell me my car looks 'sick', whereupon I've informed them that it's working perfectly well, thanks

Wasn't sure where else to post this but...not exactly my very next car...but one day, unless a Koenigsegg comes along the country side for me. Saw this thing Saturday night in downtown Boston and couldn't believe it had to drive behind and admire for a few streets. The 2020 BMW i8 is the best looking vehicle I've seen in person. Only thing that came close were 2 Nissan Skylines that came off of the exit ramp into my town just as I was getting off there too. The sound of those, but not in a muscle car way. But some kind of a whirring unlike anything I'd ever heard from a car. Had to follow as well.

I think it's a stunning car too - I'm a sucker for those folding doors.
BTW your pic isn't showing up!

Dang. I was able to get pictures posted before now seems either I'm bungling it up or the internet is out of touch lately. Sorry about that will look into it after work. Thanks for heads up.

Fixed! I've followed a few. Sorry, but for a supercar it lacks something although the hybrid drivetrain looks interesting. For me, the Acura (Honda) NSX is far more appealing and has a superb hybrid drivetrain.

That BMW is the only car in their range that appeals to me aesthetically.
Always had a soft spot for the Honda NSX though.

If you could see this thing up close...just the height of the nose off the ground, the color. The shape.
Unintentionally my past 2 android themes on phone were generated by BMW. Not with car pictures but just a color scheme and layout themed after BMW interiors.

Not your next car. One at least unreliable and not well made

Malproportioned, ugly, poorly made, expensive.
No wonder they're popular! *
* based on the unaccountable popularity of the hideous Nissan Juke.

I have a 2005 Toyota Carolla that I've just about been living in since about April 2019.
It had 35k miles when I bought it, which is really good, one previous owner.
It's at 100k miles now. Though I'd love to have the car another 3 or so years.
Any thoughts at this time on the best way to keep this car alive?
