That was a truly awesome duel between Lewis and Seb and set them far above all the other drivers. Giving Lewis Senna's helmet was a wonderful gesture and a truly special moment. No wonder he was speechless.

Really commanding win for Hamilton today. Driver of the day - Ocon?

Superb drive by Lewis and great come back from Seb. Ocon did a great job and I thought that Checko screwed it up for him and Force India.

Another amazing pole by Lewis, who really seems to be able to turn on the magic mode when he needs it. Tomorrow is going to be a good race with Raikkonen in 3rd behind the two Mercedes.
Baku one again gives a stunning sense of speed on its street circuit. Some of the cars were reaching 220mph, pretty sobering with those walls nearby.

Seems like the pressure is where he really performs, pretty much said it himself - thrives on it

A very nice win for Ricciardo and a brilliant third for Stroll. The boy is coming along.
Vettel proved he's still a spoiled brat and Hamilton was very unlucky with the headrest coming loose.

The penalty for Vettel should've been more severe - he's not a kid any more, so shouldn't be treated like one. I was praying that Vettel's suspension had been damaged after what he did, so he'd drop out at some point.

It's the 2nd time this year that Vettel has driven into one of the wheels of Hamilton. He also committed three offences, but was only punished for one. Grosjean had to serve two serve two penalties not so long ago. It seems that the system is tainted in corruption.

Unfortunately he is in a Ferrari and they always get preferential treatment from the stewards and FIA.

Vettel's behaviour yesterday was terrible and showed how much of a petulant child he really is.
Lewis did incredibly well to keep his cool and it is such a shame his headrest came loose as otherwise he would have definitely won the race.
I can see Daniel Riccardio being pretty happy with it all though, 10th to 1st and the win is pretty impressive.

I think Vettel is feeling it.
Mercedes are currently clearly the quickest car if not the easiest to setup, whereas earlier in the year, it appeared to be the other way around. Also, Lewis has already beaten Vettel in a championship that they contested closely together in either F3 or F2 so that must be playing on his mind.
The most annoying thing about all of it, is had that headrest staying in place, Lewis would have won the race and taken the lead of the championship, based on Vettel's finishing spot.

Vettel is still behaving in a very poor manner. Still holding a "I did nothing wrong" line. Lewis wants out of the car fisticuffs Never a dull moment, oh wait F1 is usually quite dull isn't it.

Vettel has done that same wheel banging move more than once. He did it to Webber in 2010 at the Turkish GP.
He also did it to Hamilton in the 2017 Spanish GP.

Those two were more racing incidents rather than - Oh, I've run in to the back of the lead car. It can't be my fault (I'm such a great driver and arrogant Pr**k), he must have brake tested me, I know, I show him and the world it was his fault, I'll drive along side him and bash into him! All done in the blink of an eye. Schumacher, Rosberg, Vettel - See a pattern there by any chance? He's apparently on a tightrope with the Stewards. Fell of it on Sunday if you ask me! Vettel in warm water

Supposedly Vettel is at risk of being called to the FIA court. What he ought to do is to today issue a statement that he was wrong to have the 2nd collision and that the 1st one was a mis-understanding. That way he would diffuse the situation and demonstrate to the FIA that "he gets it"....if not they'll hit him hard in the end.

I do hope Jean Todt grows some balls and calls him in. Vettel's behavior was unacceptable and the ignorance and denial shown since ridiculous.

He doesn't "get it" though - he's adamant that it's Hamilton's fault and that he was in no way responsible - when questioned after the race, and was asked about the second collision, he just kept spinning it back to the first collision, almost like it didn't exist.
