A staggering festive performance by The Sixteen at Wigmore Hall today.
I will write a review when I get the chance!

Were I still a gig-going being, they would be very near to the top of my list.

The new unobtanium Vienna Phil Rolex - I must say I like the dial design.

I used to organise the prizes for our top salesmen while at Xerox, and there were plenty of Rolexes handed out.
There were a surprising number of complaints about them subsequently, with the most frequent one being that they don't keep good time. Over-priced bling, as far as I'm concerned.

I've just booked for Carmen at the Royal Opera House in May - have been wanting to see this for sometime so really looking forward to it.

Possibly about as much as one of those pieces of wire you attach to the cigar-boxes full of pixie-dust you've got hanging off of your system.

Possibly about as much as one of those pieces of wire you attach to the cigar-boxes full of pixie-dust you've got hanging off of your system. Well... The last time I bought tickets for the Royal Opera House, to see La Traviata, cost north of £200 each. The AliExpress grounding cables I use are about £15 each.

This was the spectacular view from our seats that greeted us at the Colloseum for the English National Ballet performance of Giselle. What a glorious hall! Textbook classical ballet performance to a packed crowd. It's great that such high demand continues to endure for the classics

Absolutely gorgeous, Jules. I'm sure the ambience amplified your appreciation of the actual performance.

Absolutely Paul, 100%, especially with so many people there and lovely to see such a wide age range enjoying it.

Gosh, that is tempting. I'll see what we're doing in March, it's tricky at the moment.

Just booked two tickets for the Royal Albert Hall and was shocked to pay over £7 booking fee for an online booking.
"In order to cover the total cost of providing our Box Office Service we charge a booking fee which is 10% of the total transaction."

I love 'booking fees' for automated online ticket booking. Just a euphemism for another mark-up.
