With music of course, how else !
Stephen Stills Manassas - Down the road Caravan - For Girls who Grow Plump in the Night -while doing yoga exercises, not mandatory for you, but stops me turning into a semi cripple
and for breakfast Jon Hopkins - Insides
fabulous
Keef Hartley Band - Halfbreed currently doing the honours so well

I start mine with a cup of coffee made from these freshly ground beans. Though we get them from our local Booths at its our local supermarket (and the best supermarket chain I know).

Get up (eventually) - generally have cereal unless I've gotten up so late it's lunch time and if so I go and get something from the local garage (usually a sandwich) and make a pot of tea for me and wifey... All this chsnges when I'm working as I have to get up earlier

Radio 4 comes on at 6:30, stay in bed listening till around 7 - 7:15, shower, breakfast, walk to work for around 8 - 8:30 ish listening to Bob Harris on the way. Then grind some fresh beans for a coffee at my desk whilst checking the emails . . . weekend it's no alarm and bacon & eggs, followed by coffee and music. I often listen to Ricky Ross (Another Country) whilst having breakfast at the weekend . . . then the music starts proper Talking of Ricky Ross, you should check this out Chris Jackson Browne and an Asylum Records SpecialHmmm, reading that back to myself it all sounds rather civilised, sometimes I have to think that actually, it ain't half bad!

I thought most or all of us would have music on
I've thought of having silence, but not too hard
Alarm at 4.30 for me and well toasted by 9pm
