Nope, for me the music doesn't start until I walk to work with Bob. Radio 4 is where I find out what's going on in the world, as I don't watch broadcast TV, so it's the best way to keep up with what's relevant. I have music playing for the rest of the day though

Except for the walking to work bit. That would be just too far.

Yes, 28 miles would be a bit much every day.

I took my son to school and had a run with a friend at 8am - first time I have been running in many, many years...

Glass of water. Warm up routine. Then either workout routine or back care / abs routine. Cool down / stretch routine, usually done watching a WTA or ATP tennis match from previous day - then breakfast. I also like to get out on my bike or play tennis on alternate days, at some point during the day.

I don't get you music and hifi fans. What about the music
I always do yoga with the main system doing it's thing then breakfast with the kitchen system doing it's thing. Work with the system on in my office unless the phone rings, very rare

There are other people in my office, so can't always play music. I'll be getting a new office soon and then I'll be able to more often

Not the right environment. First music is in the car as I set off.

I'm up, three S's and out the door in 20 mins, on the motorway by 05:20 so no time for music until I'm in the car. Breakfast at work at 07:30 or so, having played Spotify while working for an hour and a half before my staff start coming in.

My son got me up at 8.30 this morning to go cycling to Finsbury Park - very refreshing it was too and a nice cappucino was waiting for me ...

Yep, pretty much the same as Martin. I just start a bit later. Normally start the day with a warm glass of water and lemon juice. 3s's and then go to work with music in the car. Listen to more in the office until the first other "office dweller" turns up, then switch to headphones. Breakfast and coffee at work. My wife would not appreciate me putting music on before she is awake.

I can get away with 60db and not wake the boss. Slightly louder when she's away Best part of 2 pints of water before breakfast. I drink a lot of water

with at lease 10 minutes silence!!! Same here. I can't understand how people can get up, put the TV or radio on and eat and drink straight away. I need time to come around to doing anything other than reflect. Silence is still something I prize. I find the noise of the day is harmful to positive and creative thinking.
