Someone (Mr Slinger?), somewhere mentioned Bruce Springsteen offering freedownloads of live material. Noticed a 15 cd live boxset from 1978 for £16.

Not eBay, but Amazon. Someone (Mr Slinger?), somewhere mentioned Bruce Springsteen offering freedownloads of live material. Noticed a 15 cd live boxset from 1978 for £16. Not sure if it was me or not, but this is a link to those freebies... Free Springsteen!!!The box set you mention is released without the blessing of The Boss, and is a collection of previously available bootlegs that have been downloaded by some enterprising soul and pressed to CD. The quality is pretty good by all accounts but if you really want this stuff you can probably track it down and download it for nothing. It seems that there's a legal loophole allowing radio broadcasts that originate outside of the EU to qualify as Public Domain. Bruce, his management and his record company are not best pleased I understand. |

Springsteen offers concert soundboard downloads via his website so you can get the concert you went to if you like. Cheap too if remember right.

I remember a pair of Etudes reviewed in Hi-Fi Answers. They were a different model though, I think.
