I have/had a few plug-ins, no other changes. It didn't work for me and a new download and burn was the only option. At least I can get it to work first time...unlike MoOde which can't see my NAS drive!

I use the headphone socket to connect to my Caiman DAC. Works fine.

Thanks Brettj; understood. Please keep us posted...I may be a little sceptical but I'm interested and, I like to think, open-minded!
Best Wishes. R

I'm looking forward to both subjective and objective views on The Schumann resonators. An interesting idea...and not much money to try out. But before anyone parts with well-earned cash - I suggest reading this: skeptoid.com/episodes/4352. (Please don't reply with the ' if I can hear a difference that's all that counts' or 'science has been wrong in the past/can't explain everything' etc. I know this isn't AoS. I look forward to having a sensible discussion about something that to all intents and purposes seem like 'foo' dressed in the usual pseudo-scientific jargon. Blind tests anyone?). A pity that the Ebay descriptions are written in such poor English - it doesn't inspire confidence does it? Best Wishes.

Hope this helps others!
Thanks again.

Well...Sod's law...my version of Volumio crashed last night so I had to download the new version/re-image etc etc.
All seems well now except that I cannot get it to see my music files on my NAS drive, (or even to recognise the NAS drive)
I took a screenshot of my old settings so I would know what to do with the the new version...but it doesn't work! I feel a numbty as I'm sure it's staring me in the face. I've tried various combinations but nothing works.
Please can someone help....?
Alias. Hi-Res IP address. 192.168.1. xxx Path. Hi-Res Music
cifs etc
In the previous version: Path: \\192.168.1.xxx\Hi-Res Music
(I can't see how to include pics on this forum).. Thanks,

Please can someone help me?
I understand basic Newtonian ('common-sense') physics at the macro level (planets, cricket balls etc) and the micro level (Brownian movement etc). I can't say I understand much about the behaviour of particles at the quantum level ( let's say perhaps 10 to the minus 35) except it seems 'chaotic' to say the least, when particles can exist simultaneously as two separate states, and is distinctly non-Newtonian.
My problem is this: somewhere in the middle - between the micro/nano/pico level and the quantum level (let's say 10 to the minus 22) we must have particles/entities/energy levels on the border between the two, seemingly conflicting, states. What happens? Has it been observed? Where is the border?
Thanks....

I too would be interested even though I have the acrylic case already. The 'raw' price seems rather steep, however.

Might be worth experimenting with loading? yep, will do so later. At present it's set to the recommended settings from The AT site. (Like you I have the AT33PTG). Thanks again, R

Update: I've bought the Dino2 with the improved Dino+ PS.
It's been running for about an hour. The immediate impression is a better bass slam but then the gain is more on the Dino than that of the Cambridge. I certainly won't be sending it back but I realise that the Cambridge offers very good VFM. Perhaps the Dino is a little 'muddled' in the mid-range? Now would the Dino 3 be even better...?
Thanks to everyone who has contributed.

Wonderful cruise along the beautiful and remote R.Duoro. Over-indulged in alcohol and food so am now paying the price! SAGA organised it so I was obviously the youngest there!

Thanks Jules, the Trichord Dino seemed to be THE in-thing a few years ago, so I've always been on the look-out for a good 2nd hand version. There is one on AOS for sale now Jules, thanks for that. I have e sent a PM but may already be too late.

Thanks! A cruise along the Duoro beckons..
From LFD:"The MCT signature (retail £5000) is a phonostage dedicated to MC cartridges, you need a good MC cartridge/arm/turntable to justify the MCT signature cost. For the best MM cartridges i recommend a MMC modified with much larger PSU (approximately £2900 retail). For good MM cartridges and medium/high output MC cartridges i recommend the phono LE (se) phonostage at £1350 retail."
