Started watching Scandal for a second time this past week. Liking it this time around a lot more than the first, certainly worth continuing. The second season is a lot better than the first, so persevere like I have, it's worth it.

Has anyone tried Wayward Pines? I was about to write it off as being a bit Under-the-Dome meets Rosemary's Baby, but then from Ep.3 it has started getting really seriously bizarre in the manner of Lost. I'll stick with it for a while, see what happens next. What it has going for it is M. Night Shyamalan's direction. Season one is worth sticking with IMO. Bizarre, but at least the story unfolds with some good characters.

Oh yes, I've reached Ep. 6 and I'm hooked now. Great story and it's moving along at a rate of knots.

Whoa - the ending of Wayward Pines is... err... wayward! It was supposed to end there, as a single series, but I'm not surprised they commissioned a second one.

I can't get into the second season for some reason. Seems a bit 'meh' to me.

Watched a made for TV movie about Lyndon B. Johnson yesterday called All The Way about the first 18 months of LBJ's presidency. It had two actors from my two favourite TV Series, Bryan Cranston from Breaking Bad as Lyndon B. Johnson and Bradley Whitford from The West Wing as Hubert Humphrey

I haven't heard of any of these TV series you guys talk about (except GoT), what are they on?

Some of them are on the Sky channels, Tim, like Sky One, Sky Atlantic or Sky Living.
EDIT: Wayward Pines is on Fox, so you may be able to find that. There may be other ways to access Banshee, Billions, The Tunnel etc.

Ah, that'll be why, I don't know anyone who has Sky, so I guess it never comes up in conversation.

Started on Wayward Pines. Immediate thought was modern American Prisoner remake, bring back the bouncing killer balloons, say I:) Not put us off yet

19-2 starts off slow
Part of it is the relentlessness of certain aspects of their job which is referred back to and brought into the stories. Some excellent threads in there too

Apologies if already covered, but I've recently started watching Ray Donovan. Wasn't expecting to enjoy it, but absolutely loved season 1 and 2. Currently watching season 3, which I have to say isn't as good as 1 and 2, but still highly watchable.
