Just wait until series 2!!! Seriously, it's utterly superb. Interesting. The second season doesn't seem to have been well received, and the tendency is to compare it unfavourably with the first. But my impression at the time was that many of things which people disliked about the second season were equally present with the first (e.g., daft script), and I preferred it on the whole since I found the story more engaging. |

Can't agree, Spooks was one of the best series to come from the UK. We need to have a talk Martin, I'll tell you why it's so rubbish when I see you. I rate it as about on a par with EastEnders, maybe marginally better, but only just. Can't watch either  |

Give yourself a treat. Watch Episode 1 of Series 3 as I just did.
I think you will be intrigued anyway but watch to 10-11 minutes in for the real jaw dropper.
There are many other jaw droppers and a lot of laugh out loud moments.
I was put onto it by her review of what we bought in 2015 which seemed quite good
She seems a good sensible person in a world of people who seem to confuse arse with elbow

I already had him well pegged.  What I saw of it was quite amusing though and I may well go back to it. |
