Damn. The youtube trailer for season 1 looks quite promising. Where the beliefs of science and religion overlap. mike "searching for fodder" 🤣 Please. The cobblers we started last night is a waste of space. We start and give up on at least 2 out of 3 these days but still have stuff that has reasonable ratings but is same old stuff

According to Wikipedia " This season will see the series move from Fox to Hulu". Who will stream it in the UK though I don't know as Hulu is apprently not available over here. One way or another I will have "access" to it though.

Yes, John Delancie's back, and so I've read, is Whoopi. It's all about a "fractured" timeline apparently.

I watched Ep1 of Cardinal last night on BBC iPlayer.
Seems to be inspired by Scandi Noir but set in Canada. Perfectly watchable but lacks the characterisation, depth and atmosphere of the best Scandi. Will be surprised if I stick with it.

Hang on, I'm on S2 of Manifest and it's on Now (Sky). Has it changed hands?

Hang on, I'm on S2 of Manifest and it's on Now (Sky). Has it changed hands? " The series was canceled after three seasons. The series was added to Netflix in June 2021 and immediately topped the viewing charts, persuading Netflix to renew Manifest for a fourth and final season." Wikipedia.

Looking forward to seeing more The Orville, too.

I watched E1 of Vigil last night, about a murder investigation on board a British nuclear submarine.
Whoever wrote this over-dramatised nonsense clearly has no direct experience of operations onboard a submarine - neither do I, but I can guess better than this. Then I saw in the trailer that it's from the makers of The Line of Duty and it made sense. More C grade nonsense.
I like Ygritte-woman in it, though.

I saw the words Line of Duty and so knew to avoid it like the Black Death. About as credible as Dominic Raab on holiday.

Aah Thanks guys The boss thought Line of Duty was wonderful. I watched one or two, maybe a part of one. Couldn't see any reason for me to watch it
Was it the same guys that did Capture ? That was excellent

Capture was a little far fetched but really quite compelling.
