My LMR400 has *finally* arrived - good grief it's the most inflexible cable I have ever come across!

Indeed you did Sir, which is why I opted for a longer size than I would have normally... Let's hope I got it right.

I'm new in the external clocks world. Actually I have a Denafrips Venus 2 DAC that I like very much and improve my system (MA PL200 old model, TAC V88 integrated) for another level.
The Venus is excellent but after some months reading good things about R26 DAC makes me considerar purchase one and if it performe here as noticed by a lot of users and reviewers this will come my DAC and the Venus will be for sale. Everything sounds very good with the Venus but the R26 makes me very interesting in the integrated streaming and the external clock interface because this is some that I like to test in my system.
After looking for a external clock at the same time as I prepare to buy the R26 I found the John's reports abouth the Leo Bodnar clock (thanks again Jhon) and bought it even before the DAC.
Now I think in a good BNC cable and will be very happy with some recommendations.
Good be here and learn with you guy's.
Cheers.

Welcome to TAS I am glad you took the time to connect and read up on the Leo Bodnar if you using the internal streamer use it with Roon or even Spotify Using DNLA is not good in my system The clocks transform the 26 range of DACs also read the thread about voltage for the Leo Bodnar Precision Clock A clean power supply is also a good idea. Do keep us posted on how you get on.

Thanks Jhon, I'm considering a good LPS fo the clock or some battery solution.

Welcome from me too, I'm also going to try the LB clock soon.

The good news.. the Leo Bodnar isn't that fussy on the psu side of things. lt even performs on cheap ifi psu's, and is more refined with more costly psu's,but not the big jump you would expect.
l've also tried the Zeo Zone 01 and ifi Elite Power, with the Elite sounding better to my ears, but this is a small gain.
Keep us updated

About the LB antenna. Is necessary put it out of the room or is possible run indoor (if the GPS sinal is ok)?

l place my on or near a window, I suggest you plug in and Re calibrate the clock every 3 weeks using the software. lt keeps the soundstage in focus

The antenna don´t need to be connected all time? Just in calibrations sessions? Or did I get it wrong?

The aerial is connected all the time and calibration every 3 to 4 weeks. Calibration is simple just need to download software to PC connect up via USB

Have anyone tried putting the microcontroller to sleep? I need to give it a go as this is said to give the lowest noise…the hassle is that it needs setting each time after power up.

l see.. l guess it would require some type of bypass switch, and while we are at it, a switch to retune GPS, in many ways, this is a great clock.
But l guess this was aimed at the Radio Ham Market, they weren't thinking of us Audiophiles, and to be honest we have Tony and John to thank for it's discovery.

I’ve only had time for a couple of tracks comparing with and without the microcontroller in sleep mode. I need more time but with Oscar Peterson and Pavarotti/Bono tracks I’m hearing the benefits of sleep mode with the Peterson track.

TBH l didn't know it was a thing! So thanks for pointing out, we'll have, ask for John view on this as well.
The Sad news,l don't keep my components permanently on,so it would mean, pluging in everytime to enter sleep mode, but if it makes a audible difference,it's worth it,l guess
Keep us posted..
