Very glad to say all has been working
Have tweaked my way of listening. Going through my CD album playlist and streaming albums I don't have by that artist straight after Also working my way through the alphabet on my database to select albums I don't have on CD from artists I love Great to be able to flit around
Will work out how I to do playlists in the fullness of time

One of the most easy things to do from playing anything in the Now Playing screen is...
three-dots menu, Show Album or All Albums by, the best way to follow rabbits down holes, followed by Similar Artists.

Similar artists might too big a hole to go down <looks> Not there ... I had it somewhere a while back. Haven't used it

An odd one Setting up last night before bed, tablet on I must have touched somewhere near the top left hand of the screen, plus I may have also had a digit on the bottom right The lightest of touches at the edge
Music off
Couldn't get music back even though Rendu was seen Tried a few things, postponed until this morning
Out of Bubble, reboot tablet Nope Playlist and Rendu there
Reboot Rendu Works
Looking round the tablet screen I cannot find what I may have done

Looking at the screen I can't see anything that applies Most, perhaps all of the places I could have touched are blank
The general rule, for me seems to be reboot Rendu. That's where I'll start next time Quitting Bubble or rebooting the tablet rarely works in this sort of situation

My poisonous phone All working fine on tablet, for days Touched the Bubble icon on the phone and on it came. Don't think I touched it, must have looked at it the wrong way Ok. Want to test that sometime anyway. Looks fine. Pause, play, fine Off to walk the dogs And back No music on tablet. No music on phone Exit Bubble on phone. Reboot phone, well it might work Bubble not opened No music from tablet Reboot Rendu Wait.... Tablet shows no Rendu Pain Fiddle around a bit. Different music from tablet speakers No thanks Bum About to reboot tablet ..... and music now plays through system automagically Seems like my answer, often is to reboot the Rendu Wait ... longer than you might expect And all will be revealed BTW tablet now shows Rendu Another 'clue' Hopefully my experience will help someone else who is baffled in similar circ's

The Rendu does not tolerate loss of network connection. I wonder whether it's worth your looking at the router to Rendu connections again? Or even the router itself?
I barely reboot my Rendu once a month and I use it every day.

Router has been solid for a while now Not a huge deal. I just make sure a CD is ready to go as I don't want to mess around first thing while doing exercises
Were you ok today after the Qobuz outage ? I wondered if it might be that

Were you ok today after the Qobuz outage ? I wondered if it might be that I was at work, so not affected. It's playing fine now.

This afternoon music stopped I was listening to Bubble and Q while watching YouTube with captions on TV, that was fine Tablet working fine, sees Rendu, laptop working fine
Rebooted Rendu and all comes back
This was your old router, connected to external aerial
Could it be useful to upgrade the cable coming from the router to the adaptor ?

Could it be useful to upgrade the cable coming from the router to the adaptor ? I think the router is good, yes do check the entire chain from router to Rendu. The ethernet cable, transceiver + PSU, optical connections all need careful checking.

They are solid, well connected Put two ferrite chokes on the cable from router to adaptor a few days back Buy another cable, recommendations ?

Supra Cat8 works very well for me.
I worry a bit about the media converter, which one are you using now?
