Hello , i have always the clicks inside my SPM 1200 E and also a noise when i put on the unit ( always inside ) and i think in January ( after the holydays ) i send my SPM 1200 E to Chord Electronic for check but i am afraid by the transportation ( loss etc .. ) What do you think of that and if you have some ideas thank you very much . Excuse my bad English

Hello JP I think it's a very good idea that you send your Chord back to them for attention. It's too good an amplifier to leave in its current state and it clearly bothers you. Do you have the original Chord box and packaging? I sent mine in it and it shipped without problems. Chord did a great job and returned it fully upgraded to the latest specification. From France, it is likely to be shipped by road or rail so it should be fine, too. If you don't have the original box, you will need to pack it very carefully. Use lots of bubble-wrap! Also, pay for full insurance as you don't want to lose it.
