Research is ongoing ...
Calories in calories out is no longer valid
Diet is it I'm around 11 stone 3 or 4 lbs, say 72 kilos Love food, enjoy food, eating less and not hungry, probably due to cutting out 99% of the sugar
Exercise is good for all sorts of reasons but not weight loss

Yes I really enjoy eating less than I used to - don't miss the big meals at all. Sugar craving has dropped off a great deal too.
Although I do a fair bit of walking I intend to start some other exercise for general well-being etc Hoping to get a bike trainer set up soon ...
For some reason I have never enjoyed running, probably because I'm so bad at it ...

You need to find a friend with a dog. A big dog. A big and very vicious dog. That should improve your interest in running!

I got myself a cheap fold up exercise bike that I stick in the middle of the room when I need to use it. I then either watch TV or listen to music whilst riding it. My asthma doesn't like those car fumes so going for a brisk walk isn't a wise thing.

84.1kg this morning. Cracking the 84kg barrier has proved a lot slower. I think my body may have got wind of what I'm doing.
And yes, I'm still 1.78m tall.

83.4kg yesterday morning when I expected to have lost ground after our holiday.
That's the lowest I've been since post-chemo bulking up in 2009.
