Yours will be classical and jazz which Qobuz seems to excel in, it's rubbish for Electronic (and no I don't mean Orb, Depeche Mode etc) and a lot of Prog Rock. Not really big on blues or jazz, but it has what I need. It has everything I need from rock and a little electronic. Superb with female voice and pretty good with new music. If it has the output of Melissa Tallon (little known Aussie), Delooze and Art School Girlfriend, BONAPARTE, Hannah Peel (electronic), Of Monsters and Men, then it's doing pretty well. I could go on, and its classical is indeed excellent.

Select an album
Plays a track, not always the first then jumps off all over the place EG Start with Joe Satriani Unstoppable Momentum then tracks from various different albums, Robin Trower added in Quite enjoying it

If you Google your symptoms, solutions and workarounds will come up. Never suffered that problem myself, nor have the rest of the family on the Premium family plan.

You need to pay for Spotify otherwise it randomises tracks and puts in adverts.

Can't really judge audio quality unless you're on Premium of course...

...and, as Jules says, the quality of non-premium is way lower than hi-fi.

Nils Lofgren live album is not available on Spotify - has the best version of Keith Don't Go.. It is on Qobuz.
Apparently Keith didn't like the song - perhaps he got it pulled 🙂 - "not cool man", smokey "cough, cough"

...and long may it stay in Qobuz. An inspired performance.

Crikey, speculation of it being $19.99 a month . . . that's a bit steep compared to the competition.

I think it will tempt those who have Spotify already, perhaps also family membership, but currently find it necessary to sub to a Hifi quality service as well - like this household.
We already pay £16.99 / month for Spotify family. Paying £19.99 for one service that is Hifi quality and enables Spotify connect, thus irradicating the need for SW like Bubble UPnP app or Volumio etc, would be nice.
Spotify scrolling lyrics is a great feature, their popular other tracks and suggestions are best for me too.. just saying🙂

Has anyone tried the latest Amazon Music offering? There's currently a free four-month trial for Prime Members. Their version of Ultra HD is, apparently, " up to 24 bit, 192 kHz". They also have, and I quote, "THOUSANDS OF SONGS IN DOLBY ATMOS & 360 REALITY AUDIO" a.k.a. Spatial Audio. The catalogue claim is 100 million songs in HD, with 7 million in UHD. Normal price starts at £8.99/mo for Prime members, but With 4 months free it might be a good time to sign up and give it a decent thrashing if you're already a Prime member. www.amazon.co.uk/music/unlimited?ref_=nav_cs_music

Can't use with Sonore Ultrarendu Last time I checked, can't use with pretty much any streamer. They seem pretty disinterested in offering platform support. That ship has sailed now.
