Sometimes a label or artist will do a flounce and remove their work from streaming. There's no control over that. Annoyingly the latest Slovo album is still listed, just not the first. Most of there tracks I would describe as a bit off the wall for my tastes. But I have just found Whisper is on there, but another artist album: open.qobuz.com/track/145680737 For those who are interested. PS: Why is the Qobuz search facility soooo poor!

Artist that I am missing from Qobuz: - Tsuyoshi Yamamoto (Three Blind Mice Records, Japan) - Jimmy Rosenberg (Hot Club Records, Norway) The reason I believe is that their record labels didn't put their back catalog onto Qobuz.

PS: Why is the Qobuz search facility soooo poor! I don't find it that bad, but you do have to use its language, which is often French. Thus symphonie, orchestre etc. Also, differentiate between a Release Name and Main Artist search.

I would expect all the sounds with just Whisper in the title to be at the top, they are not. I can see they may weight the search results with Careless Whisper being near the top, but Simple Man is the third result. One for another day.

No The Sound Comsat Angels Modern Eon And then others are only 16/44.1 kHz I count 5 Comsat Angels albums, Brett. There are 5 Modern Eon tracks in all. The existence of hi-res material is down to the record labels and is increasing all the time. However, even Red Book 16/44 sounds better on Qobuz.

Meant specific albums for Comsat Angels. Modern Eon has Fiction Tales coming on CD for the first time in December.
I keep checking for hi-res albums coming online.

Hint for those with Qobuz accounts posting album artwork...
Finding consistently sized album artwork is a pain, but did you know that Qobuz can be used as the host?
1. Go to the web player play.qobuz.com and find the album 2. Click on the album cover to magnify it 3. Right-click the cover and select Copy image link / Copy image address (Edge / Chrome)
You can now paste it as an image using the TAS Insert image button.

I've got just under a week left of my free Qobuz trial, but I'll be staying and paying for a year up front, so decided to take up their free offer of transferring all my data from other streaming services - I've got profiles at Tidal and Spotify so I did them both using Soundiiz. Pretty painless to be honest, although I decided not to transfer over the 5,000 odd favourited tracks from Spotify. Just albums and artists and about 4 playlists that artists have made. It also gave me a downloadable .csv file of everything transferred over, which was just over 400 albums. My Qobuz looks a little different now and when I have the time I think I'll get the pruning shears out, as there are a lot of albums in there I own now. So Jules, it's not too frightening and it doesn't alter any data from the source

I'm just checking the .csv files, you get a 1 or a 0 marked if it's been transferred over - 5 albums missing from the Tidal transfer, one is a Tony Joe White I like which is a shame. Spotify transfer is missing 39 albums. I was expecting more to be honest, but still about 10% not on Qobuz, which isn't insignificant. Good to know what's missing though - at least if I really need them I can buy them, but flicking through looks like the only one I'd really like to have is Snakey - Tony Joe White, so I guess I'd better buy that. EDIT: Grabbed one SH on Amazon for 7 quid - job done
