It's more for new stuff that's come / coming, plus a reasonable back catalogue to keep most happy.
Young artists you might see at gigs as support artists and never heard of, have a growing presence on all the streaming platforms..
They will be the big names of future. Some of them at least🙂
I guess they have algorithms that monitor requests / searched for titles and plug most requested gaps, where label / copyright deals allow.

Indeed, but then again I get the impression Mike likes to tread his own path . . . I'd go up Everest via the South Col with oxygen - I reckon Mike would prefer to try the Northeast ridge without oxygen  |

Nice toons choice there Mike Qobuz does take a little bit of getting used to, at least for me it did - but it's a very adult service compared to Spotify. I've been very impressed with it's catalogue so far, especially for jazz. |

16/44 (CD) is the lowest resolution format used by Qobuz Studio, and even that sounds considerably superior to my old Ayre SACD player. That's how far digital replay has come in 10 years. It's only up from there.
