Grounding box for streamer?
Needs to be a small footprint.
And another for M2Tech SPIDF reclocker?

Have bought an Akiko Audio USB Tuning Stick.
Will plug into the 'USB in' of the LKS Dac.
And an Akiko Equipment Tuning Chip for my amp.

Yes best to have separate for each unit
The more mass a grounding box has the better it seems to work but know you are limited with space

Grounding box for streamer? Needs to be a small footprint. I use an Aucharm for my streamer. Anything smaller won't have much effect. |

Have finally ordered a broadband upgrade to fibre.
Way faster.
Unfortunately, it has to be wireless to the streamer, due to a flat roof (and my inexperience when adding a room in 2009).
Any advantage to upgrading the wireless router?

I dumped my home phone and broadband to go mobile broadband.
Faster, cheaper
£19 a month
£5 a month for mobile phone
Still less than home phone plus broadband

Amp has been returned having been recapped, and have attached Fo.Q tape to chassis and some capacitors.
Streamer has arrived - Project Stream Box S2 Ultra. Fo.Q tape added.
Sold my iFi Zen Blue bluetooth Dac.
Black Ravioli Big Pads arrived - my second set.

Looking at changing the ethernet cable from modem to wifi router.
Any benefit?
Will probably end up getting a Fidelizer modded Airstream router.
And a network bridge at some time.
Suggested ethernet cables for these?
Not overly expensive, at least to start.

At the moment we are developing a new LAN cable, the MeiCord Opal II. The development needs a few more months.
