Just quartered a whole Pineapple, stabbed the bits, then some coconut sugar all over, good dash of Rum, placed under the grill, sprinkle of desi coconut ,good to go....

I've just demolished the rest of my kalamata olive bread with pastrami, pickles, and horseradish...and coffee of course. I missed breakfast and lunch today so it really hit the spot.
