I had the most fantastic curry last night at a restaurant called Kiplings in Highgate. It has been there as long as I can remember but we had never been there.
Went there to celebrate my son getting his Grade 5 music theory exam results and had such a good evening. Will definitely be going again now!

Awful name - 'BOLLYWOOD DREAM' but great curry - < Succulent pieces of Lamb tikka cooked in a sweet sauce made from mango, plum, apricot, garam masala & garlic. > The fruit in the sauce was just superb!

Wow, that sounds really delicious - I love a good curry, the problem is that whilst there are a good number in my town, there is probably only one really good one.

Grilled bacon and scrambled egg. Washed down with fresh coffee. I always enjoy carb-free meals.

Missed my evening meal tonight, so I'm making up for it with cheese on toast.
Proper cheese on toast: A couple of slices.... doorsteps ...station platforms of crusty home baked bread with some way too much mousetrap cheddar and a finely sliced fresh chilli pepper (orange, not red or green) sprinkled over the top. Black pepper. Yum bleedin' yum!

Toast and Marmite and a caramel latte for lunch. I resisted the urge to cut the toast into soldiers.

Lamb rump steaks (in the George Foreman,) chips, and onion rings (both done in the air fryer) and 15 minutes convincing myself it was a healthy meal. Upon succeeding I have awarded myself a triple chocolate muffin and a cup of tea.
