Farewell dear Friend
I saw something on Facecrap which upset me, I hope to our Lord God it is not true.
You and you family have crashed into my life showing me love from strangers I never expected. Your courage and kindness struck hard into my mechanical heart which will always have the dents you all have left.
People like you are rare and I love you all my friend.
Now feeling sad wish I could fix it all but I am just a cheap technician not a angel.
Oh crap, he dented my mechanical heart and I will miss him, and kind friend I only knew for far to short a time, love to all the family. See you soon James Coltart I will miss you and only saw you two weeks ago, brave and so kind. xxxx Love Col and Maria

Hoping this isn't true Colin, but I fear the worst as I emailed him a few days ago and haven't heard back.
RIP Sov mate.

Devastated... I'd never met him, but we'd corresponded via PM and email and I always found him an absolute pleasure to chat and deal with. He'll be sorely missed, so condolences to his family and friends...

Sad day. From his positive attitude I thought he was going to get through it

I have moved this thread to where more members may see it. Thank you to Colin for letting us know of the very sad and untimely death of James.
We intend to dedicate our first event 'The ASBO' to James and hope to hear from more members who met him and knew him.

James was a big part of getting The ASBO off the ground behind the scenes

Jings. What terribly sad news. And he was so enthusiastic about his big SECA amp.
Really is sad, and makes you stop and think.

His brother posted the news on Facebook. As far as I can tell, it's true.

Great words from his brother. It echoes my over-riding impression of James - he was one of the most positive minded forum members I have ever had the pleasure of posting alongside.
