Out here in Brussels, a crepe and a good beer (Geueze or Chimay) make an excellent lunch. Sounds perfect !

Well surprise surprise Black Tea, home made bread toasted with Natex Why no photo ? I ate it ! I'm also a creature of habit mate. I have porridge almost every morning, but by porridge I don't mean slop which is what a lot of people do which puts people off porridge. I heat up the milk or sometimes Allmond milk with as level tablespoon of very dark brown sugar, as soon as it starts to boil I take it off the heat stir the quantity of oats in that I want and we are done. There is no overcooking at all, it must take about two minutes to make, I usually only use Jordans oats which are brilliant as they are huge and they stay firm and kind of crunchy. It fills me up and keeps me going for a few hours.

I might change my breakfast in the direction if I start doing long, early morning bike rides Currently Shredded Wheat, Fruit and Fibre, Blueberries, Red Grapes, Walnuts, Flax seed, Soya milk on top, occasionally Almond milk

I've got an odd breakfast thing going on. There's ALWAYS a cooked breakfast here but that's too much for every day so I mix it up a lot. BLTs are good,Porridge(1 slice or two is the running joke),fruit, homemade bread, yoghurt or cornflakes : the King of breakfast cereals. The odd thing is it's ALWAYS 2 bowls. Never one, never three always two. I have seen myself eat all of the above for brekky if we have a long hard day ahead!!

A monster breakfast would be my choice doing what you do. I'd chose a few of the cooked veggie items. Does anyone on the rig admit to being veggie ?

Earlier - Sea Bass & Chilli Couscous (quite healthy if I hadn't put butter in the Couscous)

My first thought was her friends were off meat, but that's not the case, there seems to be no external factors that I can think of, she doesn't even mind the fact that she is eating animals. Oh well, no great loss at all, just odd.

It's much, much worse when they stop eating or go off and throw it up in secret.
