As far as MCRU are concerned they are free to sell what they want,for what they want,where they want. That is indeed the vendor's prerogative. The customer, however has the ultimate sanction, in that they can go elsewhere should they so choose. With that, perhaps it's best that we leave the pricing policy discussions there and go back to something less controversial, like mains cables for hi-fi equipment. .......oh, hang on a minute....... |

Pre65 - nope,he's just chancing it to avoid eBay costs on postage.
ChrisB - no he's not - he sells on EBay which has rules so he's NOT free to do what he likes.
Right then,less controversial eh....Do I need to burn this new mains cable in and can anyone recommend a good fuse for it?
Preferably not from MCRU.....

Chris, you've vented your frustration now, and that's fine, but can I ask that if you want to pursue a complaint, then you keep it between yourself, Ebay and the seller please? He's not allowed to behave as a trader here, so best keep it off the forum now.

 Well that's it finished. 2.5mm Prysmian rubber coated cable,heavy duty plug,ferrite ring,silver fuse and a Schurter iec. Not a technical DIY job but it works. Total cost -£6. |
