We have put a mirror on the seat in the rear of the car so we can see what Leo is up to, and we have noticed he has used it as an opportunity to play peek a boo with himself, and continually laughs about it.
Made me laugh!

When even Wikipedia doesn't trust your 'facts'... Wikipedia editors have voted to ban the Daily Mail as a source for the website in all but exceptional circumstances after deeming the newsgroup “generally unreliable”. The move is highly unusual for the online encyclopaedia, which rarely puts in place a blanket ban on publications and which still allows links to sources such as Kremlin-backed news organisation Russia Today, and Fox News, both of which have raised concern among editors. The editors described the arguments for a ban as “centred on the Daily Mail’s reputation for poor fact checking, sensationalism and flat-out fabrication”. SOURCE

I don't blame them. The Daily Mail is shit and the Mail Online is beyond description.

I may have everything Gary Larson did.
Exceptional talent.
I should dig out all his stuff to hand to look at regularly

I may have everything Gary Larson did. I have a lot of his books. His humour makes me laugh out loud.

My remote(s) made me laugh. I've now got two Primare remotes which are precisely the same model. The theory is that there's a button on the remote that lets you choose your amp, cd player, tuner, dvd player, whatever, and then use various buttons on said remote to do stuff to whichever component you have chosen.
The first laugh - I pressed the "CD" button, and then the Power button. My CD player powered up, but my amp powered down. Pressed it again and the amp powered up but the CD player powered down. For the life of me, I can't work it out. The only solution I've found so far is to turn the amp on and then press the power button again, very briefly, and the CD player starts up.
The second laugh - trying various keys to see if they worked as per the manual I was quite surprised when I managed to not only switch on but also vary the speed of, a portable air purifier on the other side of the room.
The CD player and amp are both now switched on, the air purifier is switched off, and I may leave the deciphering of the remote for another day. Maurice Andre's "Trumpet and Organ" CD is sounding rather nice, and quite relaxing.

The fictional bass player from a fictional band makes a real solo album... which, for some reason, I really want to hear.

Apparently he is quite a good bass player - which is interesting for the world's most famous bad bass player.
Vintage TV's Needle Time had his wife on a while back. Lovely lady, music not quite my style.
Assume we all know he is a Simpson too !

Looking at electric guitars on Aliexpress, and reading the reported 'colours' in their descriptions. I found one that was "Bacon color" and another one which looked to me like it had a spalted oak veneer, but was described as "Rotted Old Wood."

Seen on Facebook...
If all of the idiots, in all of the villages, in all of the world, left their villages and built their own idiot village, that village's village idiot would be Boris Johnson.
