Not deep enough for the Killer (gut churning) Bass thread though.. It's been added to my Mid bass test playlist. Listening to the rest of the album now.. |

Fading Sun - Terje Isungset, Lena Nymark. If you want to test your systems low frequencies and sense of spaciousness try this. Terje has maade a lot of weird albums which are quite frankly quite bollocks but some of the tracks are great for a laugh with sparse percussion popping up everywhere. Wood in Forest - 4 and Essence of Stone - 6 might give you a giggle. Maybe living in Norway is responsible.

Sade - Diamond Life One of the best recordings from the 1980s and a fantastic set of songs. open.qobuz.com/track/98436506 Your Love is King always makes me laugh when I hear it on the radio...the reason....I was in a Woolworths when that track was in the charts and they used to have a top 20 chart on the wall of the record section. This was shown as Your Love is Kind, so that is what it has been to me ever since. O.K.....i'll get me coat! |

Mike Portnoy absolutely killing it back behind the drums and that guitar / keyboard solo just masterly.
