Alan Sparhawk - White Roses, My God I'm not going to recommend listening to this as it's frankly horrible. However, his grief at the loss of Mimi is palpable. open.qobuz.com/track/277240652

Robbie Williams Swings Both Ways: Double Vinyl LP. Recorded 2012-2013 Angel Studio London. Producer Guy Chambers. Released 18 November 2013. Island-Universal. This studio album was bought soon after release for my birthday by one of my daughters, because I enjoyed "Swing When Your winning", this follow up album I put it away never playing it, I put it on today as an experiment, I'm playing obscure tracks & unheard tracks because I now have such an incredibly realistic system after a large sprinkling of settled Stack Audio Auva 100''s 50's & EQ's. The album has a red cover like the live recording recorded in Helsinki released 2014. This studio version is apparently blue, it seems this is the deluxe version the LP's are quite heavy around 180gram vinyl. The album was released to a very mixed reception. I could not care less whether this is a gay anthem, it is well recorded & produced the duet singers listed on the cover are an exceptional eclectic mix I was particularly taken by Lillie Allen on Little Green Apples strangely a hit for 3 artists in 1967/8 Roger Miller, O C Smith & Pattie Page. some of the songs I can remember even further back as the mid 1950's as with 16 Tons (you load 16 tons & what do you get) recorded & released in the late 1940's I remember the 1955 Tennessee Ernie Ford version. Other songs are written by Williams & Cambers. A very good unusual album well worth a play...

New Hania Rania live album.
Damn that analogue synth tone on the first track is mind bending.

This caught my eye on our Swedish radio playlist today. It's an Albin Le song but featuring Lissie (Martin mentioned her in TV Drama) Listen to Josephine by Albin Lee Meldau on Qobuz open.qobuz.com/track/284730770The original is of course called Josefin and in Swedish. Which led to this Listen to Elvis, I Love You (Acoustic) by Albin Lee Meldau on Qobuz open.qobuz.com/track/252711480

The 2nd track and more should be in Killer Bass section too.. Powerful. Not keen on the Autotuned voice.
