I came across this artist due to a recent post on TAS re www.whathifi.com/features/best-instrumental-test-tracks-to-give-your-hi-fi-a-vocal-free-workout and had a listen to several of his tracks and was rather taken aback by the diversity of them and the quality of the recordings. If you are into a mix of Electronic with traditional instruments which are used in what I would describe as soundscapes then this is well worth a listen, his earlier stuff is good as well. Hawkwind - Stories From Time & Space Just had an Email from them as on their fan site, sounds like they will be doing a Hawkfest again next Easter, if reasonably local to me I will be there.    |

I'm going to keep on playing her - Mysti Mayhem - and enthusing over her fabulous voice. She covers some of my favourite songs too and I haven't heard a duff interpretation yet.
This time she puts a soulful twist to an REM favourite.
