I'll happily try 'The Right One' cleaning fluid next time, but I do like having a concentrated one that you can then make up small amounts as necessary instead of having a huge bottle of the stuff ... Firstly, I just want to thank eveyone for the kind comments about "The Right One" fluid, it took a long time and a lot of research to get it right and I'm glad it works for people. Jules, I was going to do it as a concentrate but the proportions of active ingredients to distilled water is pretty critical if it is to flow to the bottom of the groove fully. Also, the quality of the water is important, when we mix it we only use laboratory quality chemistry and the water we use is filtered twice, steam distilled in glass and ion exchange "polished". It is the purest water I can find and will not leave mineral traces on the discs as less pure water can. I Went off the idea when a customer asked if you mixed it with tap water. It keeps the price down if we buy the water too, we order it several hundred litres at a time end users buying in smaller quantities pay a premium, we can, and do pass on the saving.

Makes sense Paul, that way you can be sure people are using it as intended!
