It looks like it could stand a chance of being the best sounding Isobarik I've ever heard!

Not sure what's custom built about them either, they look just like the Ikea jobbies. Maybe it is the addition of the spikes

Adding the extra height makes them safer and more stable too

PWB (Peter Belt) speakers - I knew he made headphones, but not speakers. It's extra if you want the foils and creams you apply to three corners of your curtains with a negatively charged hifi avocado. Believe it or not, that is the second time I have written that today!

Strange configuration - what appears to be a KEF B139 and three tweeters?

Is that a woofer or a passive radiator in the cabinets ?.

It's a woofer.

Having just Go Ogled the PWB speaker, there are a few references to it having 4 tweeters (KEF T27) I wonder where the other one is?

It's a woofer. I've never seen a woofer like that before it's interesting it goes quite low ,it must take some power to drive thanks for the info Chris

I just wonder at the frequency range the tweeters have to handle!

The Pass speakers look substantial. Glad to know there's no 'warnity'.

13.5K to buy a pair of speakers from abroad with no warnity or returns - no thanks! He does say 'buy with confidence' - hmm why??
They do look good though ...
