It's a good preamp, but quite a lot noisier than an X1.

That's an absolute eyesore, in my opinion. Why dress up a turntable to look like their other kit in such a cack-handed manner?

Front panel removed and replaced with a small central extension area for the logo and a small touch function switch either side would have been just one better-looking alternative.

That's a smaller faceplate than they had on previous decks. It used to extend above the top of the plinth. Even more yuck, I reckon.
