Wow, this Expo IVDR just went for £730 I really should have kept my classic Expo gear, surely an increase in value of about 100% has got to be a better investment than bullion. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/332052630147

My mate had s pair of the wedge shaped Nakamichi amps. I love the looks but they sounded pretty average in his system. They seem to go for good money nowadays.

They did a set of 600 series Wedge jobbies. I only have real interest in the very early Wooden Cabinet Cassette decks The '700' & '1000'.They have proper Chassis in wooden cabinets.. The nearly all the rest were built into tin cases as cassette decks usually were. See its like Vintage cars with me If i were buying a vintage car it would have to be one with a proper open frame chassis & not a welded metal sheet floor pan.
With amps.No tacky micro switches or flip Switches, has to be big old press buttons Clunk!
Im using a cassette deck at the mo that sounds great but has No Proper VU meters, which is a no no, & because of that will have to go.

A pair of Acoustic Research AR 92 speakers for someone looking for a smallish floorstander in the old (wide baffle and shallow box) style. Still cheap! AR 92 Speakers

I've had more gear made by AR than any other manufacturer, Andre. Apart from all the other bits and pieces, I've never been without one pair of AR speakers or another since about 1986.

Looks very nice indeed. I'd like to try one someday. Those AR92s are very tempting.
