Quite a few space fans here and I noticed these recently. Who would go given the chance?

Great posters! They remind me of the old Underground ones. If I were young and single, maybe. But no, probably not.

Love the graphics and scifi of almost any type
I used to look into some scifi book covers for a while and imagine
Not so keen on flying though or tiny spaces

I seem to be utterly alone in hifi forumland in respect of the fact that sci-fi bores the poop out of me!

I seem to be utterly alone in hifi forumland in respect of the fact that sci-fi bores the poop out of me! You and Ruth both! I just can't get her interested in even epic SF like Cloud Atlas or Interstellar. My SF reading started young, I got into Dune at the age of 11.

I was reading John Wyndham at a very early age and enjoyed it a lot at the time. Nothing else in the field has ever captured my attention like that. Travel writing is my main genre.

Nope yer not alone ChrisB. I've tried reading sci fi but it just ain't happening. These posters however are based on fact. Sort of. Maybe. There was an artist who redisnged them to show what would happen if you got there....

Nice images - it's a style I'm quite keen on.
Yes to space - I hope I'll have an opportunity to see the Earth from space within my lifetime.

Nice posters.. they make me think of Farenheit 451 for some reason!
I love Sci-Fi but only 60's/very early 70's.. Collecting Sci-Fi paperbacks from that era is one of my life long top secret passions..

Horror does nothing for me André, (although Christopher Lee did used to scare the hell out of me at one time) but I can appreciate the the art in some of the posters.
The link was what I had bookmarked. Not sure why some Sci-Fi ones are included.

Ah, but the epic crossover film Alien did SF/Horror very well. Take H R Geiger and mix in Ridley Scott and something special was always going to happen.
