speedysteve The Tunnel gains its own path eventually, diverging from The Bridge. You're on S2 of The OA? I'm enjoying S1 for the reasons above. I love Brit Marling's diction, a feature in all of her acting.

The OA is back. Dimensional jumping from the frying pan into the fire.. Oh good , didn't think they would make another .

I am really enjoying The OA. The last time I revelled in as much mystery and outright strangeness was with The Leftovers. This has a lot in common, even in the soundtrack.

Yes, the OA is off beat and interesting. We've started watching Colony on Netflix. tRump got his wall and some in this We left Leftovers as it became a rather unappetising leftover for us after season 2

Colony was ok, nothing brilliant.
You stopped watching Leftovers just as it really started getting into its weird groove!

I'm quite enjoining Tin Star. He's an even worse police chief than the not so ex-con self appointed sheriff in Banshee. In fact it's a sort of Banshee crossed with Twin Peaks and a Anglo Irish connection.
Episode 2 series 2 of OA kind of reminded us what series 1 was all about.. it's okay / Marie likes it.

"Line of Duty." Why on Earth did I not watch the first four series?

Tin Star is audaciously counter-authoritarian and great entertainment. Banshee was even better to watch. Both superb and sometimes quite unsettling. The OA continues in its path of weirdness.

Just finished watching the final episodes, series 8 of Suits and I really enjoyed it. Not quite the same once Patrick J. Adams and Meghan Markle left after series 7, but good non the less.

At least with Tin Star the violence is not as ridiculously unrealistic as Banshee.

I watched the first episode of the latest series of Line of Duty with Ruth, who recommended it. Not bad, I couldn't relate to any of the characters but I spotted the rogue undercover officer right from the off. I will at some point go back to S1 but I'm not looking for any more to watch at the moment.

I finished The OA. Well, the ending is about as weird as that of The Leftovers.
Two great mind-bending creations.

It wasn't bad, it was awful! About as subtle as a sledgehammer, all massively overacted and a script as believable as a Tory / Labour Brexit. Why is the vast majority of Brit crime drama so amateur? My favourite line - "They're killing us on Twitter."

Which series was that, Jules? Can't say I'm in a hurry to see more.

Series 4 I think, with Thandie Newton.
